资金短缺一直是制约中小型企业发展和农民增收的瓶颈之一。根据市场需求,小额贷款公司应运而生。在国家的扶持下,小额贷款公司遍地开花,为缓解中小型企业和农户的资金紧张起到了一定的作用。小额贷款公司聘请律师提供一些法律方面的服务。因为是新生的事物,需要摸索,所以,一些问题难以避免。本文对小额贷款公司的发展现状加以剖析,着重探讨律师为其提供法律服务时存在的一些法律风险。为规避这些风险给出不成熟的建议,以供律师朋友参考。
Shortage of funds has always been one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and increasing farmers’ income. According to market demand, small loan companies came into being. With the support of the state, small loan companies are flourishing everywhere, which has played a certain role in alleviating the financial constraints of small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers. Microfinance companies hire lawyers to provide some legal services. Because it is a newborn thing, need to explore, so some problems can not be avoided. This article analyzes the current situation of the development of small loan companies and focuses on some legal risks that lawyers provide legal services to them. To avoid these risks are given immature advice for the reference of a lawyer friend.
