近期,国内外财经媒体纷纷爆出消息,指相关政府部门正在组织讨论国外金融机构发行人民币债券的可能性。向国外开发机构开放人民币债券发行,这在中国还是第一次。并且直接关系到今后中国债券市场发展、市场监管体系的建设和资本账户兑换的有关问题。因此,此次外国机构申请发行人民币债券不可避免地成为近期资本市场上的敏感话题。
Recently, domestic and foreign financial news broke the news that the relevant government departments are organizing discussions on the possibility of issuing RMB bonds by foreign financial institutions. Opening renminbi bonds to foreign development agencies is the first time in China. And is directly related to the future development of China’s bond market, market supervision system and the exchange of capital account issues. Therefore, the application by foreign institutions to issue renminbi bonds will inevitably become a sensitive topic in the capital market in the near future.
