目的:探讨蝎毒(SV)及其主要成分蝎毒多肽(PSV)对大鼠心肌缺血时的一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)作用。方法:26只大鼠随机分成4组(生理盐水、心肌缺血组、SV组及PSV组),采用垂体后叶素构建心肌缺血大鼠模型,分光光度法检测血清及心肌组织中NO含量和NOS活性。结果:心肌缺血后,血清及心肌中NOS活性均下降,NO含量也下降。SV组、PSV组较心肌缺血组上升。结论:SV及PSV能提高循环与缺血心肌局部的NO含量,可能是预防大鼠心肌缺血的作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effects of scorpion venom (SV) and its main component, scorpion venom peptide (PSV), on nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) during myocardial ischemia in rats. METHODS: Twenty-six rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (physiological saline, myocardial ischemia, SV and PSV groups). Rat models of myocardial ischemia were established using pituitrin. The levels of NO in serum and myocardial tissue were measured by spectrophotometry. And NOS activity. RESULTS: After myocardial ischemia, NOS activity in serum and myocardium decreased, and NO content also decreased. SV group and PSV group increased compared with myocardial ischemia group. CONCLUSIONS: SV and PSV can increase NO content in the ischemic myocardium and may be one of the mechanisms of myocardial ischemia prevention in rats.
