本文介绍以胶原酶分离大鼠肝细胞,细胞膜完整,成活率达95%以上。检测14只正常和14只单侧后肢烫伤大鼠的游离肝细胞胰岛素受体变化,以探讨创伤后胰岛素抵抗的机制。烫伤大鼠1天和3天出现明显胰岛素抵抗。烫伤大鼠游离肝细胞胰岛素受体与对照组比较,受体最大结合率(B/T%)变化不明显,而最大结合容量(R_(?))明显减少,平均亲和力(K(?))明显升高。对烫伤后受体减少原因及与胰岛素抵抗的关系进行了讨论。
This article describes collagenase isolated rat liver cells, cell membrane integrity, survival rate of 95% or more.
