北京首钢股份有限公司1#高炉有效容积2650m~3,目前已经运行将近13年。随着高炉进入炉龄后期,炉喉钢砖出现了破损的问题,并且呈不断劣化的趋势,对高炉的正常生产构成威胁,为了从根本上解决该问题,结合检修对炉喉钢砖进行了更换处理,并积累了丰富的炉喉钢砖检修更换经验,本文通过对炉喉钢砖检修更换过程进行详细论述,以期为国内其它大型高炉更换炉喉钢砖提供参考依据。
Beijing Shougang Co., Ltd. 1 # blast furnace effective volume of 2650m ~ 3, has been running for nearly 13 years. With the blast furnace into the late furnace age, the furnace throat steel brick has broken the problem, and the trend is deteriorating, the normal production of the blast furnace poses a threat, in order to fundamentally solve the problem, combined with maintenance of the furnace throat steel brick Replacement and treatment, and has accumulated rich experience in overhaul and replacement of furnace steel lava. In this paper, the process of overhauling and replacement of laryngeal steel brick is discussed in detail in order to provide reference for the replacement of laryngeal steel brick in other large domestic blast furnaces.
