工程项目是施工企业的成本中心,也是建筑施工企业利润的主要来源。随着行业竞争日趋激烈,各地逐步采用低价中标法进行招标,企业获利空间越来越小,甚至一不小心就会发生亏损,因此施工企业越来越应重视工程项目的成本管理与控制,把成本控制目标作为重要的考核指标。本文结合施工项目管理的一些体会,就如何更好控制成本谈点粗浅认识。
