随着全球竞争的加剧,建立战略联盟已成为跨国公司强化内部竞争优势的重要方式。本文从跨国公司建立国际战略联盟的动因出发,以奇瑞汽车为例,具体分析了奇瑞汽车建立战略联盟关系的动因和联盟方式。
As global competition intensifies, the establishment of strategic alliances has become an important way for multinationals to strengthen their internal competitive advantages. In this paper, starting from the motivation of multinationals to establish an international strategic alliance, taking Chery Automobile as an example, this paper analyzes in detail the motivation and alliance way of Chery Automobile establishing strategic alliance.
