根据组合创新原理,通过对圆柱滚子轴承结构的创新研究,提出了一种在空心圆柱滚动体中嵌入PTFE材料的弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承新结构的设计方法。选择轻载和重载两种工况,在利用有限元软件计算确定三种滚动体的最优结构尺寸的前提下,分析对比了三种圆柱滚子轴承的接触应力、等效应力以及弯曲应力。结果表明:在轻载和重载情况下,弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承和空心圆柱滚子轴承的接触应力和等效应力基本接近,但弯曲应力明显降低,其中轻载工况下降低了17.1%,重载工况下降低了27.7%。说明了弹性复合滚子轴承的承载能力要优于实心圆柱滚子轴承和空心圆柱滚子轴承。
According to the principle of combinatorial innovation, a new design method of the elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing with PTFE material embedded in the hollow cylindrical rolling element is proposed through the innovative research on the cylindrical roller bearing structure. Under the condition of light load and heavy load, under the premise of using finite element software to calculate and determine the optimum structural size of three kinds of rolling elements, the contact stress, equivalent stress and bending stress of three types of cylindrical roller bearings are analyzed and compared . The results show that the contact stress and the equivalent stress of the elastic compound cylindrical roller bearing and the hollow cylindrical roller bearing are basically close to each other at light load and heavy load, but the bending stress is obviously reduced, of which the light load reduces by 17.1% , Heavy duty conditions decreased by 27.7%. It shows that the bearing capacity of elastic composite roller bearing is better than solid cylindrical roller bearing and hollow cylindrical roller bearing.
