为了探寻调制器调制深度对副载波正交频分复用(OFDM)光传输系统的影响,通过仿真和实验相结合的方法,分析了基于强度调制器的副载波OFDM光系统中,调制器的调制深度对OFDM信号接收误码率的影响。仿真和实验证明进行副载波OFDM信号光纤传输时,存在一个最佳的载波边带比(CSR),其值约为20。CSR过大或者过小的时候都会导致系统误码特性下降。验证了相位调制系统由于其具有合适的CSR及不变性而具有良好的传输特性。
In order to explore the effect of modulator modulation depth on subcarrier Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) optical transmission system, by combining the simulation and experiment, the modulation modulator based subcarrier OFDM optical system is analyzed. Effect of modulation depth on bit error rate of OFDM signal reception. Simulations and experiments show that there is an optimum carrier sideband ratio (CSR) of about 20 for fiber-optic subcarrier OFDM signal transmission. When the CSR is too large or too small, the systematic error code will be degraded. The phase modulation system is verified to have good transmission characteristics due to its proper CSR and invariance.
