“嗨修”将原先分散的售后订单集中起来,有效节省了自身的租赁成本和用户的时间成本,但随之而来的物流成本的增加以及对整个逆向售后体系的把控,将是新的挑战。在传统零售和电商的整个供应链中,售后是至关重要的一环。售后的概念涵盖范围很大,包含退换货、维修、退款、补偿、逆向物流等诸多形式,从某种意义上说售后比售前和售中更加复杂。在多年的发展中,电商的投诉往往集中于售后,就连传统的零售企业或者生产企业也存在诸多售后不到位的情况。
