(二十)怎样做好防治草原地区牲畜疫病和人畜共患疾病 要坚持“预防为主,防重于治”的方针。通过加强饲养管理,搞好免疫注射,防止染病牲畜进入草原等措施防止疫病发生。要认真落实《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》,发生疫情后要及时向动物防疫监督机构报告,配合有关部门做好隔离、捕杀、销毁、消毒、紧急免疫接种等项工作。
