目的探讨治疗新鲜儿童孟氏骨折的治疗方法。方法对110例新鲜儿童孟氏骨折麻醉下手法整复,C型臂X线机透视证实复位良好,经皮打入1枚或2枚直径2.0mm克氏针固定骨折端,并行过肘过腕关节石膏固定。结果随访时间6～30个月,平均24个月,疗效优良率达99%。结论闭合复位经皮钢针内固定治疗新鲜儿童孟氏骨折,方法简单、微创,相对固定牢固,易于被患儿家长接受,是临床治疗中一种较为实用的方法。 Objective To investigate the treatment of Monteggia fracture in fresh children. Methods One hundred and one cases of fresh children were treated with Monteggia fracture anesthesia. C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy was performed to confirm the reduction, and one or two Kirschner wires with a diameter of 2.0mm were percutaneously fixed to the fracture end. Gypsum fixed. Results The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 30 months, with an average of 24 months. The excellent and good rate was 99%. Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous needle internal fixation for the treatment of Monteggia fractures in children are simple, minimally invasive, relatively fixed and firm, and are easy to be accepted by parents of children. It is a more practical method in clinical treatment.
