目的研究民间药用植物小花八角Illicium micranthum果实中具有抗氧化活性的有效成分。方法使用DPPH活性测试方法进行抗氧化活性筛选;利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等多种色谱技术进行化合物的分离、纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果小花八角果实甲醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取层抗氧化活性最好,从中共分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为gynurenol(1)、β-榄醇(2)、epi-carrisone(3)、6-羟基-桉烷-4(14)-烯(4)、β-桉醇(5)、柳杉醇(6)、1R,2R,4R-三羟基薄荷烷(7)、2-isopropenyl-5-methyl-cyclohexanol(8)、(-)-isopulegol(9)、4-isopropenyl-1-methyl-cyclohexanol(10)、棕榈酸(11)、三十烷酸(12)、对甲氧基苯甲酸(13)、β-胡萝卜苷(14)。结论除化合物14外,其他化合物均首次从该植物果实中分离得到,其中化合物1~4、7、8为首次从八角科植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the active ingredients with antioxidant activity in the fruit of Illicium micranthum, a native medicinal plant. Methods The DPPH activity assay was used to screen the antioxidant activity. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated from the methanol extracts of the small-flower star anise and ethyl acetate extract, and were identified as gynurenol (1), β-ol (2), epi-carrisone (7), 2-isopropenyl-6-hydroxy-4 (14) -ene 5-methyl-cyclohexanol (8), (-) - isopulegol (9), 4-isopropenyl-1 -methyl- cyclohexanol (10), palmitic acid Formic acid (13), beta-daucosterol (14). CONCLUSION Compounds other than compound 14 were isolated from the fruit of this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 to 4, 7, and 8 were isolated from the plant Octagus for the first time.
