目的:为控制江西红栀子的质量,建立高效液相色谱法测定江西红栀子中栀子苷含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,固定相:UltimateTMC18键合硅胶柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈:水(10:90)为流动相;流速1.0ml.min-1;检测波长238nm柱温25℃,测定江西红栀子中栀子苷含量。结果:栀子苷在3.2~11.2μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:A=-439843.76+1012294.70M(γ=0.9992)。精密度试验RSD%=1.17;稳定性试验RSD%=1.45;重现性试验RSD%=1.789;平均回收率99.4%。结论:高效液相色谱法适合江西红栀子中栀子苷的含量测定,该方法操作简便,结果稳定,精密度、重现性、回收率较好,值得推广。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of geniposide in Jiangxi red peony by high performance liquid chromatography in order to control its quality. Methods: HPLC method, stationary phase: UltimateTM C18 bonded silica gel column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm); acetonitrile: water (10:90) as mobile phase; flow rate 1.0ml.min-1; detection wavelength 238nm column temperature 25°C , Determination of jasminoidin content in Jiangxi red peony. RESULTS: The geniposide exhibited good linearity in the range of 3.2~11.2μg. The regression equation was: A=-439843.76+1012294.70M (γ=0.9992). Precision test RSD% = 1.17; Stability test RSD% = 1.45; Reproducibility test RSD% = 1.789; The average recovery rate of 99.4%. Conclusion: High performance liquid chromatography is suitable for the determination of geniposide in Jiangxi red wolfberry fruit. The method is simple, the result is stable, and the precision, reproducibility and recovery rate are good. It is worth promoting.
