目的进一步评估经皮肌肉电刺激(PMES)对尾部悬吊大鼠骨丢失的防护作用。方法17只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:自由对照组(Con)4只,尾吊组(TS)7只,尾吊且PMES组(TS+PMES)6只。用频率50Hz且幅度3mA的电流对右侧臀中肌进行刺激,1h/d,共26d。实验结束后测量所有大鼠股骨近端、中段和远端的骨密度(BMD)。结果对于右侧股骨近端BMD,3组之间均无显著性差别。对于右侧股骨中段BMD,Con组与其它组都存在显著性差别(P<0.05),而其它2组无显著性差别。对于右侧股骨远端BMD,TS组与其它组都存在非常显著的差别(P<0.01),而其它2组无显著性差别。结论尾部悬吊大鼠股骨骨丢失发生在中段和远端,PMES可以对抗股骨远端的骨质疏松,保持正常的BMD。
Objective To further evaluate the protective effect of transcutaneous electrical muscular stimulation (PMES) on bone loss in tail-suspended rats. Methods Seventeen male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group (Con) 4, tail suspension group (TS) 7, tail suspension and PMES group (TS + PMES) 6. The right gluteal muscle was stimulated with a current of 50 Hz and an amplitude of 3 mA for 1 h / d for a total of 26 days. At the end of the experiment all proximal femur, middle and distal femur BMD were measured in all rats. Results There was no significant difference between the three groups on the proximal BMD of the right femur. There was a significant difference between the Con group and other groups for the right femur BMD (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the other two groups. For the right distal femur BMD, TS group and other groups there is a very significant difference (P <0.01), while the other two groups no significant difference. Conclusion The loss of femoral bone in the tail suspension rats occurs in the middle and distal parts. PMES can resist the distal femur osteoporosis and maintain the normal BMD.
