目的　研究山高粱中总生物碱的提取、鉴定、分离及总量测定方法。方法　采用回流提取与氯仿萃取相结合的方法。结果　从山高粱中得到了黄色生物碱晶体。结论　本实验所采用的从山高粱中提取生物碱的方法行之有效。 Objective To study the extraction, identification, isolation and total determination method of total alkaloids from Sorghum. Methods A combination of reflux extraction and chloroform extraction was used. Results Yellow alkaloid crystals were obtained from sorghum. Conclusion The method of extracting alkaloids from sorghum used in this experiment is effective.
