内江市中区乐贤镇自一九九三年被列为省级技术综合开发试点镇以来,镇党委、政府在市中区委、区政府的领导下,在省、市、区科委的指导下,按照省科委“出经验、出效益、出成果、出人才”的要求,始终以贯彻十四大精神为指针,市场经济为导向,依靠科技进步,实行综合开发,紧紧围绕建立区域性支柱产业,发展乡镇企业,私营个体企业,开发“三高”农业这个中心,加速发展经济。经全镇干部群众三年的艰苦努力,取得了显著的经济、社会效益,使全镇经济跃上了一个新台阶,为稳粮增收奔小康打下了坚实基础。
