[目的]建立烯肟菌胺·苯醚甲环唑·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]以乙腈-水为流动相,使用ODS-C18反相柱,在236 nm的检测波长下,对样品进行分析。[结果]烯肟菌胺、苯醚甲环唑和噻虫嗪的标准偏差分别为0.01、0.01、0.08,变异系数分别为0.32%、0.54%、0.19%,平均回收率分别为98.53%、99.40%、99.38%,线性相关系数分别为0.999 3、0.999 1、0.999 7。[结论]该方法操作简便快速、准确度和精密度高、线性关系好,是烯肟菌胺·苯醚甲环唑·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂合适的分析方法。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the high performance liquid chromatography analysis of cefotiam methyconazole and thiamethoxam suspension seed coating. [Method] The sample was analyzed by using ODS-C18 reversed-phase column with acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 236 nm. [Results] The standard deviations of difenoconazole, difenoconazole and thiamethoxam were 0.01, 0.01 and 0.08, respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.32%, 0.54% and 0.19%, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.53% and 99.40, respectively %, 99.38%, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 3, 0.999 and 1.0999, respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid, accurate and precise, and had a good linear relationship. It was a suitable analytical method for suspending seed dressing of.
