庆大霉素是一个很有价值广泛使用的氨基糖苷类抗生素,它主要由C组份组成。对C组份采用各种色谱法进行分离分析已有大量报道,近来大多数研究者采用了HPLC法,其中Anhalt等人用OPA试剂柱后衍生庆大霉素进行离子对的HPLC,Maitra等人将柱后衍生步骤改成柱前衍生,避免柱后反应螺管的特性对荧光强度的影响。Freeman等人对OPA试剂进行了改进,以巯基醋酸代替琉基乙醇,增强衍生能力。Weigand等人改变溶剂系统比较柱前柱后衍生方法并与微生物法进行了对照,将庆大霉素中C_1、C_(1a)、C_2、C_(2a)完全进行了分离测定。
Gentamicin is a valuable and widely used aminoglycoside antibiotic, which is mainly composed of C components.
