会厌出血是耳鼻咽喉科的一种少见的危重病症，可因出血而致失血性休克，甚至窒息而死。迄今为止的耳鼻咽喉科各类专著都未曾对该病加以描述。作者检索了自１９８３年以来国内外各种文献。国内仅报告了１例会厌自发性出血病人［１］。国外Ｐｒｅｍａｃｈａｎｄｒａ等报告了１例 Epidus Bleeding is a rare and critically ill condition of the otolaryngology department that causes hemorrhagic shock and may even suffocate.
