在江苏农学院实验农场和美国路易斯安娜州立大学(LSU)水稻试验站,同时种植抗源间杂交组合Jasmine85/特青的F4家系。纹枯病菌的接种试验表明,多数F4家系的病级与抗病亲本相似;少数家系的病级与感病对照Lemont相似;其余家系的抗病水平明显高于它们的抗病亲本。试验进一步证明二抗源分别具有一对非等位显性抗纹枯病基因,二基因彼此独立,相结合时表现一定的加性效应。
At the experimental farm of Jiangsu Agricultural College and Rice Experimental Station of Louisiana State University (LSU), the F4 pedigree of Jasmine85 / Teqing was also planted. Inoculation tests on Rhizoctonia solani showed that the majority of F4 pedigrees were similar in disease resistance to the resistant parents; the susceptible parental Lemont was similar in a few families and the disease resistance of the other families was significantly higher than their resistant parents. The test further proves that the second source has a pair of non-allelic resistance to sheath blight genes, two genes independent of each other, when combined with the performance of a certain additive effect.
