临床路径实施后,对医院管理存在巨大的影响。首先,为质量管理提供了依据,在开展路径处理时,医护人员便可以评价每个阶段的落实情况。其次,临床路径实施使医院更加重视提高诊治效率,缩短入院检查,使科室更为重视诊治过程中的规范化管理,采取更主动的诊疗路径措施。最后,路径的实施,提高了检查的完整性,影响药物、材料费用、住院费用,路径中药物与材料的选择如何兼顾经济性、有效性、患者意愿等因素值得深入研究。
After the implementation of the clinical pathway, there is a huge impact on hospital management. First of all, it provides the basis for quality management. When carrying out path processing, health care workers can evaluate the implementation of each stage. Second, the implementation of the clinical pathway to the hospital pay more attention to improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, shorten the admission examination, so that departments pay more attention to the standardized management of the process of diagnosis and treatment to take more active diagnosis and treatment path.
