从前我教化学,在准备实验和批改作业上所费精力时间过多,形成忙乱现象。连累教材教法钻研不深,讲解时重点不突出,启发性不足,布置作业草率。结果学生基本概念欠明确,表现在提问拖延时间,批改作业费力。我自已的政治学习和专业进修也受到影响。文娱活动和体格锻炼更少参加。积久就神经衰弱,工作效率降低。近年来我经常检查自己,虚心观摩别人,倾听学生意见,努力克服忙乱现象。教学方面就逐渐有些改进,进修略有头绪,体质也好一点了。现在把我所积累的一些点滴经验写在下面,望各位读者不吝指教。甲、在准备实验方面我的改进办法 (一)加强计划:每逢学期结束,我就催促仪器管理员清查仪器药品,并把估计下期需要添置补充的东西开列清单,设法及早函购或托便人采买。我利用假期
