目的探讨不同地点入圈的男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)入圈情况及行为特点。方法 2011年5-8月间,采用方便抽样方法选取现居住于北京市的MSM,调查一般情况、入圈时情况、目前性行为情况。采用方差分析方法对调查结果进行分析。结果共调查MSM579名,其中北京入圈者317名,外地入圈者262名,北京入圈的MSM入圈平均年龄(23.80±6.33)岁,外地(20.57±4.46)岁,北京入圈时总体年龄高于外地入圈者(χ2=40.705,P<0.001),北京入圈者中由于好奇而入圈的比例(42.0%)高于外地入圈者(34.0%)(χ2=3.870,P=0.049),北京入圈者中由于天生同性入圈比例(44.2%)低于外地入圈者(54.2%)(χ2=5.781,P=0.016)。外地入圈者和北京入圈者在肛交安全套使用上并无统计学差异,但外地入圈者寻找性伴更加频繁(χ2=9.476,P=0.024)。结论外地入圈者成为北京市MSM人群中HIV感染的高危亚人群。
Objective To explore the inclusion and behavior characteristics of men who have sex with men (MSM) enrolled in different places. Methods From May to August 2011, MSMs living in Beijing were selected by convenient sampling method to investigate the general situation, the situation when entering the circle and the current sexual behavior. An analysis of variance was used to analyze the survey results. Results A total of 579 MSMs were investigated. Among them, 317 were enrolled in Beijing and 262 were enrolled in the field. The average age of MSM enrolled in Beijing was (23.80 ± 6.33) years old (20.57 ± 4.46 years) (Χ2 = 3.705, P <0.001). The percentage of patients enrolled in Beijing due to curiosity (42.0%) was higher than that of those enrolled in the field (χ2 = 3.870, P = 0.049). In Beijing, the ratio of native homosexuality (44.2%) was lower than that of those enrolled in the field (54.2%) (χ2 = 5.781, P = 0.016). There was no significant difference in the use of anal intercourse among those who entered the area and those who were enrolled in Beijing, but those who entered the area were more likely to seek sexual partners (χ2 = 9.476, P = 0.024). Conclusions The foreign participants were the most at-risk sub-population of HIV-infected MSM in Beijing.
