主要运用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,从我国运动员文化教育模式的特征、分类、教育资源、运行机制、保障制度等方面入手进行剖析,借鉴国外职业运动员文化教育经验,阐述校园文化与人才培养的相关理论,提出校园文化是运动员文化素质教育的载体和有效途径,采取诱致性制度创新与强制性制度创新来推动高水平运动员文化教育融入校园文化并有效运行。
This paper analyzes the characteristics, classification, educational resources, operation mechanism and guarantee system of athlete culture and education in China from the methods of literature review and interviews, and draws lessons from the experience of overseas professional athletes in cultural education, expounds the importance of campus culture and talent Culture theory is put forward that campus culture is the carrier and effective way of cultural quality education for athletes. Inductive system innovation and compulsory system innovation are adopted to promote cultural education of high level athletes into campus culture and operate effectively.
