目的:建立黄菊乙肝颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量测定方法。方法:以氯仿-甲醇-水(13:6:2)10℃以下放置过夜的下层溶液为展开剂,以10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂,采用双波长反射法锯齿扫描,检测波长λs=530nm,参比波长λR=700nm。结果:本法线性方程为Y=1479+2543X,r=0.9996,线性范围为1.108-5.540μg;加样平均回收率为101.4%,RSD=2.7%(n=6);同板精密度RSD=1.7%(n=5),异板精密度RSD=2.6%(n=5)。结论:方法简便,稳定,可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside IV in Huangju Yigan Granules. Methods: The chloroform was used as the developer under the temperature of 10 °C below chloroform-methanol-water (13:6:2), and 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution was used as the color reagent. The scanning was performed by double-wavelength reflection method. The detection wavelength was λ s = 530 nm, reference wavelength λR=700 nm. Results: The linear equation of this method was Y=1479+2543X, r=0.9996, and the linear range was 1.108-5.540μg. The average recovery of the sample was 101.4%, RSD was 2.7% (n=6), and the precision of the same plate RSD= 1.7% (n=5), isoplate precision RSD=2.6% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, stable, reliable and can be used as a quality control method for the preparation.
