目的 研究小脑延髓池安全穿刺深度及临床意义。方法 应用CT测量50例(男30,女20)头颅小脑延髓池安全穿刺深度和头最大长、眉间点至枕外隆凸点长,作了相关和回归分析。结果 小脑延髓池安全穿刺深度为男3834±369mm,女3553±339mm,由头最大长和眉间点至枕外隆凸点长推导出推算小脑延髓池安全穿刺深度的男、女两个回归方程。结论 临床上用头最大长和眉间点至枕外隆凸点长可推算出小脑延髓池安全穿刺深度。
Objective To study the safe penetration depth of cerebellar cistern and its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases (30 male and 20 female) of cerebellar cisterna paracentesis were studied by CT. Correlation and regression analysis were made between the depth of puncture and the maximum length of the head, the distance between the eyebrow and the outside of the occipital protuberance. Results The safe puncture depth of cerebellar cistern was 3834 ± 369mm and 3553 ± 339mm, respectively. The regression equations of male and female were calculated from the maximum length of the head and the distance between the eyebrow and the outside of the occipital protuberance. Conclusions The maximal length of the head and the distance between the eyebrow and the outside of the occipital protuberance can be used to calculate the safe puncture depth of cerebellar cistern.
