对丁苯胶乳(SBR)黏合剂和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)黏合剂的理化性能进行了研究,并将两者分别与活性物质、导电剂等按一定配比制成电极浆料,然后组装成锂(Li)离子半电池。研究结果表明:SBR黏合剂能满足Li离子电池用黏合剂的使用要求,并且具有较低的结晶度和较高的粘接强度(相对于PVDF黏合剂而言);将SBR黏合剂和PVDF黏合剂用作磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)正极黏合剂,并组装成Li离子半电池,发现SBR电池具有相对更高的首次放电比容量和倍率性能。
The physical and chemical properties of SBR adhesive and PVDF adhesive were studied, and the two were respectively made into electrode paste with active material, conductive agent and so on at a certain ratio, and then assembled As lithium (Li) ion half-cell. The results show that: SBR adhesive Li-ion battery can meet the requirements of the adhesive used, and has a lower crystallinity and higher adhesive strength (relative to the PVDF adhesive); the SBR adhesive and PVDF Agent was used as cathode binder of LiFePO 4 and assembled into Li-ion half-cell. It was found that SBR battery possessed relatively higher initial discharge specific capacity and rate performance.
