再就业工程是一项复杂的社会系统工程，关系到企监改革深化．经济发展和社会稳定。哲盟盟委、行署十分重视这项工作．财政部门积极参与，经过多方面的努力。再就业各项工作取得了显著成效，从而促进了经济的发展和社会稳定。为此我们把再就业工作取得的成效、采取的措施以及今后进一步做好再就业工作的思路介绍如下。
