目的建立芫花药材的高效液相指纹图谱分析方法。方法采用Diamond(C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-水梯度洗脱,体积流量为1 ml/min,柱温35℃,检测波长332 nm,记录时间50 min。以芫花素为参照物,对17批样品进行测定并计算相似度。结果初步建立芫花药材的指纹图谱,标定7个共有峰,各产地药材之间的相似性良好。结论该方法稳定可靠,简单可行,能够提高芫花药材的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a method for the HPLC fingerprint analysis of Daphne genkwa. The method was performed on a C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient of methanol and water. The volume flow rate was 1 ml / min and the column temperature was 35 ℃. The detection wavelength was 332 nm and the recording time was 50 min. As reference, the determination of 17 batches of samples and the calculation of similarity.Results The fingerprints of Daphne genkwa were initially established and the seven common peaks were calibrated.The results showed that the method was stable and reliable, simple and feasible , Can improve the quality control standards of Daphne genkwa.
