“看病难”早已成为患者就医的热词。至于到底难在哪里,很多市民都有一肚子话要说。比如,挂专家号难,尤其是大医院的专家号,往往要排几个小时的队,有时甚至等上一天;检查费用太高,动辄上百元;药价太贵等等。这些“顽症”如何破解?看病难题是否能解决?这不仅关系到岛城市民的健康,也关系到百姓对政府的信任度。政府部门应该采取哪些办法,让群众看病就医更方便?民营医院、社区医院能有何作为?本刊对此进行了调查采访。
“Difficult to see a doctor” has long been a hot word for patients. As for where it is difficult to go, many citizens have a stomach to say. For example, it is difficult to link experts, especially experts in large hospitals, who often have to wait for a few hours and sometimes wait for a day; the cost of inspections is too high, and they cost hundreds of dollars at a time; drug prices are too expensive. How can these “chronic illnesses” be solved and whether the problem of seeing a doctor can be solved? This is not only related to the health of the island’s urban residents, but also to people’s trust in the government. What measures should the government departments take to make it easier for people to see and seek medical treatment? What can private hospitals and community hospitals do? The Journal conducted a survey interview.
