目的:为探讨智脑胶囊这一具有益气养阴、豁痰化瘀、开窍健脑作用的中药复方制剂对小鼠学习记忆 行为的影响及其作用机制。方法:采用跳台法、避暗法观察智脑胶囊对老年小鼠学习记忆行为以及化学药物环 已酰亚胺所致小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用,并采用放射性同位素前体掺入法观察了该药对小鼠脑组织蛋白质、核 酸代谢的影响。结果:智脑胶囊能明显提高老年小鼠学习记忆能力,改善环己酰亚胺模型小鼠的记忆功能,在 同等临床用量下,其作用优于脑复康,对小鼠脑组织蛋白质、核酸合成速率及其含量检测表明,该药可明显促进 小鼠脑组织蛋白质和核酸的合成代谢,增加小鼠脑组织蛋白质、RNA含量。结论:智脑胶囊能明显增强小鼠学 习记忆功能,其作用机制与其促进新的蛋白质、RNA等生物大分子形成密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhinao Capsule, a Chinese herbal compound preparation with the effects of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, resolving phlegm and resolving phlegm, on the learning and memory behavior of mice and its mechanism of action. RESULTS: Zhinao Capsule can significantly improve the ability of learning and memory in aged mice and improve the memory function of cycloheximide model mice. The effect is better than that of Naofacon at the same clinical dosage. The protein and nucleic acid of mouse brain tissue The detection of the synthesis rate and its content showed that the drug can significantly promote the synthesis and metabolism of protein and nucleic acid in mouse brain tissue and increase the protein and RNA content of mouse brain tissue. Conclusion: Zhinao Capsule can significantly enhance the learning and memory function of mice, and its mechanism of action is closely related to the promotion of the formation of new macromolecules such as proteins and RNA.
