目的明确牙周炎及胃病患者的牙菌斑中是否存在幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)及Hp是否为细胞毒素相关基因A(cytotoxinasociatedgeneA,cagA)阳性。方法利用尿素酶C基因和cagA设计引物,通过聚合酶链反应(polymerasechainreaction,PCR)检测口腔中的Hp。选择13例胃病及10例牙周炎患者,每例患者选6个有牙龈炎症的牙位取龈上、龈下菌斑,共计276份样本用于PCR检测。结果胃病组1例患者和牙周炎组全部病例均至少有1份菌斑样本检出Hp,其中尿素酶C基因在胃病组的阳性率为28.8%(45/156),在牙周炎组为49.2%(59/120);尿素酶C基因和cagA基因共同阳性率在胃病组为3.2%(5/156),在牙周炎组为3.3%(4/120)。取样部位Hp的检出与探诊深度及出血指数呈正相关。结论口腔是Hp的一个聚集地
Objective To determine whether Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and Hp are positive for cytotoxinassociatedgene A (cagA) in periodontitis and gastric patients. Methods Urease C gene and cagA primers were designed to detect Hp in oral cavity by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Thirteen patients with gastric and 10 patients with periodontitis were selected. Six patients with gingival inflammation and seven subgingival plaque were selected for PCR. Results At least 1 plaque sample was detected in 1 patient in the stomach group and in the periodontitis group. The positive rate of urease C gene in gastric group was 28.8% (45/156) The positive rate of C gene and cagA gene in gastric group was 3.2% (5/156), in the periodontitis group was 3.3% (4 / 120). Hp detection site and explore the depth of exploration and bleeding index was positively correlated. Conclusion The oral cavity is a focal site for Hp
