随着互联网的发展,社交网络中的政府形象越来越受到重视。本文以“8·12天津滨海新区爆炸事故”为例,采用内容分析法、媒介框架分析法,对密切关注该事件的微博、微信两大社交网络平台进行分析研究。通过数据的抽样、整理,了解了网民对政府的态度和社交网络中政府形象存在的问题,总结了政府形象在社交网络中的传播状况,并提出了改善政府形象的合理化建议。
With the development of the Internet, the image of government in social networks is getting more and more attention. Taking “8-12 Tianjin Binhai New Area Explosion Accident” as an example, this article uses content analysis and media framework analysis to analyze and study the two social networking platforms, Weibo and WeChat, which pay close attention to the incident. Through the data sampling, sorting, understand the Internet users attitudes toward the government and social networks in the image of the existing problems, summed up the government’s image in the social network of the spread of the situation, and put forward to improve the government’s image of the rationalization proposals.
