选30例心脏直视术病人,随机分A,B2组,各15例,人工心肺机预充液均以乳酸钠林格液为主。B组另在预充液中加入乌拉地尔0.5-1.0mg/kg辅助血流降温,观察中心(鼻咽温)与外周(肛温)温差。结果:A组鼻咽温与肛温差别有非常显著意义(P<0.01),B组温差则无明显差异(P>0.05)。表明:低温体外循环应用乌拉地尔辅助降温,可改善外周循环,降低中心与外周温差。
30 cases of patients undergoing heart surgery were randomly divided into A and B2 groups and 15 cases in each group. The artificial heart-lung machine prefilled liquid was mainly lactated Ringer’s solution. In group B, 0.5-1.0 mg / kg of urapidil was additionally added into the priming solution to assist in the blood flow cooling, and the temperature difference between the center (nasopharyngeal temperature) and the periphery (rectal temperature) was observed. Results: The difference between nasopharyngeal temperature and rectal temperature in group A was significant (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in temperature difference between group B (P> 0.05). The results show that hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass using urapidil to reduce the temperature can improve the peripheral circulation and reduce the temperature difference between the center and the periphery.
