目的研究端粒酶活性与肾细胞癌之间的关系。方法采用改良的TRAP法对肾细胞癌组织和癌旁正常肾组织中端粒酶活性进行检测,结果肾癌组织中和癌旁正常肾组织中端粒酶活性阳性率差异有显著性(P<0.01);高分化组与低分化组端粒酶活性差异无显著性(P>0.05);早期肾癌组与中晚期肾癌组端粒酶活性差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论肾细胞癌组织中端粒酶活性较正常组织高,肾癌端粒酶活性与其恶性程度无相关性,端粒酶活性测定可能作为肾癌诊断的分子水平标志物。
Objective To study the relationship between telomerase activity and renal cell carcinoma. Methods The telomerase activity in renal cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal renal tissues was detected by modified TRAP method. The results showed that the positive rate of telomerase activity in renal cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal renal tissues was significantly different (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the telomerase activity between the well-differentiated and the poorly differentiated groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the telomerase activity between the early-stage renal cell carcinoma and the late- .05). Conclusion The telomerase activity in renal cell carcinoma tissues is higher than that in normal tissues. There is no correlation between the telomerase activity and the degree of malignancy in renal cell carcinoma. Telomerase activity may be used as a molecular marker for the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma.
