目的对《广东地产药材研究》中抗肿瘤中药进行探讨,为抗癌药物的开发利用以及广东地产药材的开发利用提供依据。方法对《广东地产药材研究》中收载的79种抗肿瘤中药进行分析探讨,根据功效及有无毒性进行分类,并对部分抗肿瘤中药的有效活性成分以及在改善肿瘤患者的生活质量方面的研究进行分析探讨。结果《广东地产药材研究》中收载的抗肿瘤中药清热解毒类药物最多,同时毒性类、补益类中药所占比例也较大,其在提高肿瘤患者生活质量方面有独到的疗效。结论广东地产药材资源丰富,其中抗肿瘤中药的研究开发有一定的进展,中药在提高肿瘤患者的生活质量方面前景良好,应展开系统全面的研究以实现抗肿瘤药物的开发利用取得突破性进展。
Objective To study the anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine in “Study on Guangdong Real Estate Medicinal Materials” to provide the basis for the development and utilization of anti-cancer drugs and the development and utilization of Guangdong real estate medicinal materials. Conclusion Guangdong real estate is rich in resources of medicinal herbs, of which research and development of anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine has made some progress. Chinese medicine has a good prospect in improving the quality of life of cancer patients. Therefore, systematic and comprehensive research should be conducted to achieve breakthroughs in the development and utilization of anti-tumor drugs.
