克雷白杆菌肺炎严重威胁着老年、体弱及危重患者的生命,治疗较为棘手,对抗生素易产生耐药性,给综合治疗带来一定困难。通过临床分析,发现老年克雷白杆菌肺炎的病因、诱发因素、临床表现、体征及实验室检查均有很多特点,对防治老年克雷白杆菌肺炎具有重大意义。
Klebsiella pneumoniae seriously threatens the life of the elderly, frail and critically ill patients, the treatment is more difficult, it is easy to produce resistance to the antibiotics, which brings some difficulties to the comprehensive treatment. Through clinical analysis, it is found that the etiology, evoked factors, clinical manifestations, signs and laboratory tests of Klebsiella pneumoniae in elderly patients have many characteristics and are of great significance in the prevention and treatment of Klebsiella pneumoniae.
