众所周知,统计数据质量是统计工作的生命线。数据的准确与否,不仅影响着各级领导的科学决策,也影响着党和政府在人民群众中的形象。自《统计法》等统计法律法规颁布实施以来,依法治统的新格局正在逐步形成。但统计执法中存在的一些问题也不容忽视,现就统计执法如何规范方面进行探讨。一、正视目前现状《统计法》的制定和颁布,开创了我国统计工作有法可依的历史,统计改革和现代化建设取得了显著成果。但统计违法现象仍不同程度存在,其间存在的问题严重阻碍了我国统计事业的发展。这表明,统计法制工作还任重道远。1、普法宣传不够。社会公众对统计工作的重要
As we all know, the quality of statistical data is the lifeline of statistical work. The accuracy of the data not only affects the scientific decision-making of leaders at all levels, but also affects the image of the party and the government among the people.
