目的对医院数字减影血管造影(DSA)X线机建设项目进行职业病危害放射防护控制效果评价,保障放射工作人员和公众的健康与安全。方法根据辐射防护三原则及GBZ/T 181-2006《建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价报告编制规范》,对某三甲医院DSA介入治疗室进行放射卫生调查、现场检测和职业病危害因素分析与评价。结果DSA机房周围辐射水平0.15~0.17μSv/h,符合国家标准要求,机房防护设计、机房屏蔽防护、个人防护用品配备、应急响应和安全防护措施合理有效。结论该DSA介入诊疗建设项目属于放射性危害一般类,放射防护和安全设施在正常运行时,能有效预防和控制职业病危害。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of radiological protection against occupational hazards in the construction of digital radiography (DSA) X-ray machines in hospitals and ensure the health and safety of radiation workers and the general public. Methods According to the three principles of radiation protection and GBZ / T 181-2006 Code of Practice for Evaluating Occupational Hazard Radiation Protection Evaluation Report of Construction Projects, the DSA interventional treatment room of a top three hospital was investigated for radiation health, field testing and analysis of occupational hazards. Results The radiation level around the DSA engine room was 0.15 ~ 0.17μSv / h, which met the requirements of national standards. The engine room protection design, engine room shield protection, personal protective equipment, emergency response and safety protection measures were reasonable and effective. Conclusion The DSA interventional diagnosis and treatment project belongs to the general category of radioactive hazard. Radiation protection and safety facilities can effectively prevent and control occupational hazards during normal operation.
