目的 :建立提取白芷中香豆素类成分的方法。方法 :以欧前胡素为指标 ,用薄层色谱法对提取香豆素类成分所用的溶剂种类、极性和提取方式进行系统研究。结果 :用 4倍量 95 %乙醇回流提取 2次 (每次 1h)的方法提取白芷中的香豆素类有效成分可以获得较高提取效率。结论 :溶剂种类和提取方式对白芷中欧前胡素的提取效率有较大影响。
Objective : To establish a method for extracting coumarins from Angelica dahurica. Methods : With imperatorin as an index, the types, polarity and extraction methods of the solvents used for the extraction of coumarins were studied systematically by thin-layer chromatography. RESULTS: High extraction efficiency was obtained by extracting the coumarin active ingredients from Angelica dahurica by 2 times (1 hour each) with 4 times 95% ethanol. Conclusion : The solvent type and extraction method have a great influence on the extraction efficiency of Euonymus quinquefolium.
