各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,防城港区管委会,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:中共中央统战部、商业部曾以(83)商管字第5号印发了《关于索要强占原公私合营企业、合作商店营业用房问题的处理意见》的通知,区党委统战部、区商业局、区供销社一九八三年四月一日转发了这个文件,对各地处理强占营业用房问题起到了积极作用。但目前一些地方索要、强占营业用房仍时有发生。为了保障企业的正常经营,维护安定团结,各地要采取切实措施,坚决制止强占原公私合营企业、合作商店营业用房的行为。政策界线仍按[83]商管字第5号文件的规定执行,现将这个文件全文印发给你们。
