目前,工业4.0和智能制造红遍中国大江南北,学习热潮一波接着一波。可能许多人认为中国制造业可以通过“互联网+制造业”实现智能制造,解决制造业存在的诸多问题。其实并非那麽简单,德国制造的成功是经过数十年如一日对产品的精雕细琢、完美追求和极致品质,秉承“工匠精神”实现其工业奇迹的。实现德国制造核心竞争力的一个重要因素是其发达的职业教育体系。该体系通过密切跟踪科技、经济、管理学科和实践的最前沿发展,实现更新、产业升级、扩展和重组在职人员的创新能力。职业教育在德国不仅是职业学校教育,更是涉及每一位在职人员的成人职业培训,通过企业人才的知识和技能培训,促进企业产生持续创新力和发展力。作为制造业大国的中国,要赶上工业4.0时代,在这一轮工业革命中占有一席之地,决胜之计在于提高劳动力的知识和技术水平,培养高技能人才。因此,我们迫切需要加强现代职业技术教育。
At present, industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing are popular in both China and the rest of the country, with a wave of learning ups and downs. Perhaps many people think that China’s manufacturing industry can make smart manufacturing through “Internet + Manufacturing” and solve many problems existing in the manufacturing industry. In fact, not so simple, the success of the German-made after decades of product crafted, perfect pursuit and ultimate quality, adhering to the “craftsmanship” to achieve its industrial miracle. An important factor in achieving the core competitiveness of manufacturing in Germany is its well-developed vocational education system. By closely tracking the cutting-edge developments in science, economics and management disciplines and practices, the system enables innovation, industrial upgrading, expansion and restructuring of the in-service staff. Vocational education is not only vocational school education in Germany, but also involves the adult vocational training for every serving staff. Through the training of knowledge and skills of business professionals, enterprises can promote continuous innovation and development. As a big manufacturing country, China should catch up with the industrial 4.0 era and occupy a place in this round of industrial revolution. The decisive factor lies in raising the knowledge and technical level of the workforce and cultivating highly skilled personnel. Therefore, we urgently need to strengthen modern vocational and technical education.
