应用近红外线血氧测定仪非侵入性地观察了通络熄风注射液对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑血氧代谢的影响,结果:缺血期脑组织氧合血红蛋白[HB.O2]及总血红蛋白[HB.T]明显低于缺血前,而还原血红蛋白[HB]则明显增高;再灌注后HB.O2及HB.T均升高超过缺血前水平,继而再降低,生理盐水组降低的幅度明显大于通络熄风注射液组,而HB在再灌注后先降低而后升高,两组升高的幅度无显著差异
The effect of Tongluo Xifeng Injection on cerebral oxygen metabolism in cerebral ischemic reperfusion rats was observed non-invasively using near-infrared oximeter. Results: Cerebral oxygenated hemoglobin [HB. O2] and total hemoglobin [HB. T was significantly lower than before ischemia, while reduced hemoglobin [HB] was significantly higher; HB after reperfusion. O2 and HB. T levels all increased beyond preischemic levels, and then decreased again. The range of decrease in saline group was significantly greater than Tongluo Xifeng injection group, while HB decreased first and then increased after reperfusion. No significant increase was observed in both groups. difference
