分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法检测蜂王浆及其制品中的蜂王酸

目的:建立分子印迹固相萃取与高效液相色谱联用方法,检测蜂王浆及其制品中蜂王酸的含量。方法:采用分子印迹本体聚合法,经一系列优化,得到对蜂王酸具有特异识别能力和高吸附容量的分子印迹聚合物。将其作为固相萃取柱的填充材料,对蜂王浆样品中的蜂王酸进行分离和纯化,采用高效液相色谱检测。结果:被测样品用分子印迹固相萃取柱处理后的加标回收率为92.02%~103.28%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.94μg/L,线性范围10~1 000μg/L(R2>0.99),相对标准偏差(RSD)小于8.91%。结论:所建方法具有准确性和实用性,可用于蜂王浆及其制品中蜂王酸的分离纯化和检测。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to detect royal jelly in royal jelly and its products. Methods: By using molecularly imprinted bulk polymerization method, a series of molecularly imprinted polymers with specific recognition capacity and high adsorption capacity were obtained. As a solid phase extraction column packing material, royal jelly samples of bee propionate acid were isolated and purified by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The recovery of the spiked samples was 92.02% ~ 103.28% with the S / N = 3 detection limit of 0.94μg / L and the linear range was 10 ~ 1 000μg / L (R2> 0.99) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 8.91%. Conclusion: The proposed method is accurate and practicable and can be used for the separation and purification of royal jelly in royal jelly and its products.
