本文用试验方法研究了分离式热管换热器蒸发段水基工作液的充液率与该受热面热负荷的关系。试验发现分离式热管换热器蒸发段在热负荷q<8kW/m ̄2时,热管的充液率R随热负荷的增加而减少,呈线性关系;8kW/m ̄2<q<13kW/m ̄2时,R却略有升高;q>13kW/m ̄2时,R与q无关,充液率稳定在28%。试验结果为分离式热管换热器各组热管水基二作液的充液量的确定提供了定量的试验依据。
In this paper, the relationship between the liquid-filling rate and the heat load of the water-based working fluid in the evaporating section of a split heat pipe heat exchanger was studied by the test method. The experimental results show that when the heat load is less than 8kW / m ~ 2, the liquid-filling rate R of the heat pipe decreases with the increase of heat load, and the linear relationship is obtained. 8kW / m ~ 2
13kW / m ~ 2, R has nothing to do with the q, filling rate stabilized at 28%. The test results provide a quantitative test basis for the determination of the filling volume of the heat pipe water-based two-component liquid in each group of the heat pipe heat exchanger.
