目的探讨腹膜后纤维化的X线与CT的影像学表现特点及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析5例经临床病理证实为腹膜后纤维化X线与CT的影像资料及临床资料,并结合有关文献进行探讨。结果腹膜后纤维化的X线与CT表现为腹膜后弥漫性肿块及其周围组织被包裹,并大多伴有一侧或双侧肾盂及输尿管扩张。结论X线与CT对腹膜后纤维化的诊断具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and diagnostic value of X-ray and CT in retroperitoneal fibrosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 5 cases of clinically and pathologically confirmed retroperitoneal fibrosis X-ray and CT imaging data and clinical data, and combined with the literature to explore. Results Retroperitoneal fibrosis of the X-ray and CT showed retroperitoneal diffuse mass and its surrounding tissues were wrapped, and most accompanied by one or both of the renal pelvis and ureter dilatation. Conclusion X-ray and CT have important clinical value in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal fibrosis.
