路桥设施是公路交通运输的重要环节,关系到国家经济的大流通,本文结合作者多年从事市政工程项目投资管理的经验,从施工项目的质量管理方面总结了市政施工项目投资管理的一些经验。并提出了路桥施工项目管理一些原则和措施。 Road and bridge facilities are an important part of highway transportation and relate to the great circulation of the national economy. Based on the author ’s experience in investment management of municipal engineering projects for many years, this paper summarizes some experiences in investment management of municipal construction projects from the quality management of construction projects. And put forward some principles and measures for road and bridge construction project management.
