目的:探讨两种地骨皮提取液对2型糖尿病肥胖大鼠胰腺病理、胰岛素抵抗(IR)及相关血清炎症因子脂联素的影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)加高脂饮食饲养的方法建立T2DM肥胖大鼠IR模型,设立空白对照组、模型对照组、地骨皮醇提、水提高/低剂量组,给药7周后观察对大鼠胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),血清炎症因子脂联素(Adiponectin)的影响,及胰腺的病理变化。结果:与模型组相比,地骨皮提取液能改善T2DM肥胖大鼠的(ISI)(P<0.01),与空白组相比无明显差异。胰腺病理显示能改善胰腺的损害,保护胰岛B细胞,但不能增加血清脂联素浓度。结论:地骨皮提取液可在一定程度上降低改善T2DM肥胖大鼠的IR状态,保护胰岛B细胞,而且醇提液优于水提。但对炎症因子脂联素地骨皮给药组无明显改善。
Objective: To investigate the effects of two Digupi extracts on pancreatic pathology, insulin resistance (IR) and related serum adiponectin in type 2 diabetic obese rats. Methods: The IR model of T2DM obese rats was established by injecting small dose of streptozotocin (STZ) and high-fat diet into caudal vein. The blank control group, model control group, Dose group. After 7 weeks of administration, the effects on insulin sensitivity index (ISI), serum adiponectin (Adiponectin), and pathological changes of pancreas were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, Digupi extract can improve the ISI of T2DM obese rats (P <0.01), and no significant difference compared with the blank group. Pancreatic pathology has been shown to improve pancreatic damage, protect islet B cells, but not increase serum adiponectin concentrations. Conclusion: Digupi extract can reduce IR status of T2DM obese rats and protect islet B cells, and alcohol extract is better than water extract. However, the inflammatory cytokines adiponectin administration group no significant improvement.
