介绍了新型叠层共挤出技术。利用新型叠层复合材料装置制备了PP/PP、LLDPE/LLDPE交替多层复合材料,并着重研究了螺杆转速对叠层复合材料层厚比的影响。结果表明:螺杆转速决定了层厚的变化,螺杆转速比越大层,厚比越大。 The new laminated coextrusion technology is introduced. The PP / PP, LLDPE / LLDPE alternating multilayered composites were prepared by a novel laminated composite device. The effect of screw rotation speed on the layer thickness ratio of the composites was also studied. The results show that the screw speed determines the change of layer thickness. The larger the ratio of screw speed is, the greater the thickness ratio is.
